Thinking about opening time deposit interest account.

YES - I have 2 running at I think 10.5% interest when I last looked. Previously went for a long term but now do a monthly one that rolls over the interest. You can opt for the interest to be paid each month to your current account.
I am with Deniz bank and set them up online.
