Hi,
I have had many problems with outstanding electricity bills (CLK AKDENİZ ELEKTRİK KALKAN)
and would really like to be able to see the balance and pay any bills through my Deniz online banking.
I have tried to do this the following way, but not been able to successfully access the info and was hoping someone could offer some welcome guidance.
Chose; CLK AKDENİZ ELEKTRİK
Isletmekodu - I think it is prompting an 11 digit number – mine is e.g. 006.01.06.01.00 or 00601060100 without the dots.
I’m guessing subscriber number is 000000 plus the 5 digit electric number e.g 00000012345
When I try this, it comes up with a wrong information.
Any guidance, really gratefully appreciated.

I was also wondering how to check electric bill and have finally with the help of an ikalkan article worked it out.
Use this link
https://online.clkakdeniz.com/Odeme
Enter
7.1.7.1.0 in the ışletme kodu Branch number for Kalkan
Then enter your 11 digit account number in the ABONE NO box
Then you will see a random sum for security e.g 16+2
Enter the answer in the Güvenlik Kodu boz e.g. 18
Then press Gönder (send) hıghlighted in blue
Hopefully your bill amount should appear and date due to be taken of auto payments have been set up

I was determined to find a way of checking the water bill as well.
Click link
https://www.asat.gov.tr/yborc_sorma.php
Select KAS-KALKAN (415) from first drop down box
Then enter your water account number in ABONE NUMARASI box
Press grey coloured Borç Sorgula button and all your water bill history should appear

That's really, really helpful - thank you.
The water bill worked fine, but I'm struggling with the electric. It flags a message;
Resimde gördüğünüz işlem sonucunu yazınız. translated 'We write the result of the action you see in the picture'.
I kept inputting the total, but got the same message.
I wonder if the system is down - are you able to access it?

Hi Andy.
Just tried now (Thursday 9.25pm uk time) and it worked fine.
Hope it was just glitch.
