Onelove we have cancelled owners direct and gone with holiday lettings, just so fed up with the scam emails coming through owners direct, the last thing needed is having to decide if enquiries are genuine or not. Also no charge from holiday lettings until you get a booking then 3% plus vat, no brainer.

We have just done an audit of the enquiries we received from "Owners Direct" in the last year... 83% of them were fakes! fortunately you can spot them a mile off, but what a waste of time!

Replied politely about availability via Owners Direct site, if I now receive a spreadsheet to open from her I shall be giving her / him / it, both barrels and they will be under no illusion that the season of goodwill is not extended to them.......it might be a lot ruder than that actually
It is becoming increasingly easy to spot the scams, but frustratingly not for Owners Direct themselves, who class it as an enquiry on their monthly statement of hits for individual properties

Not had that one - but on the other hand we no longer use Owners Direct. Didn't renew in October. We now go with Martyn and Kalkan Secrets. Just had a booking for 2017 through Kalkan Secrets.
