Can anyone offer guidance on the check-in procedure for domestic flights at the International terminal. Presumably there are desks for Turkish Airlines and differing routes to airside that don't go through immigration control.

Yes - checked in last week - you check in at the far end and then keep on going and they have opened a separate domestic part of the terminal in that far right end!! All very easy peasy!! :)
