Title: Aklan at the Blue Turtle tonight

A quick heads-up for anyone interested - Aklan will be playing at the Blue Turtle tonight playing his excellent covers set, and I will be joining him on lead guitar (for probably the last time this season).

So that's a very good reason to either go along or stay away, depending upon your opinion of live music :)

Really enjoyed his music when we were out there recently. Our villa was just by the Sevgi hotel  we could relax on the roof terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy his music all night.We told him it was wonderful and he asked if he was too loud but of course we reassured him it was just carrying along on the wind as you couldn't even hear it on the main road before chilies. Fantastic memories but always better to see him in the flesh. Such a lovely bloke !
