Came back yesterday decided to take the bull by the horns booked our flight from Birmingham with Monarch and back to Sahane for three weeks in October. Can't wait.

Hey Joycie have you been in October before? we are thinking of going this October but are abit unsure of the weather is it really hot still? And do u think it's safe? X

Never been in October before but went for three weeks in September this year and a few years before. Have been told it's just as lovely as September and the accommodation we like is fully booked for September so October it is. Flights booked too.
Kalkan is one of the safest places I know. It's absolutely lovely never felt threatened. Just a wonderful safe accommodating place. Love it.

October is a lovely month to visit Kalkan......although you can get some rain if you're unlucky the temperature is just right to stay out in all day. May need a pashmina or light jacket in the evenings but often not. Book and enjoy! We are off to Kalkan in about 10 days time, can't wait!

We always visit late Oct early Nov, as others have said you can get some rain but more likely to get lovely sunny days not too hot (mid 20s) cooler in the evenings so an extra layer, we normally swim in the pool most days but note this is swim, not floating on the water hammock (the water is a bit fresh!)
Safe... absolutely, (well as safe as anywhere can be!)
23 sleeps and we wiil be back! 8)
