Title: Dalaman duty free prices?

Afternoon all... Just 7 weeks till our first visit to Kalkan.  VERY excited!

We are flying from Gatwick and wondered if anyone had any recent info on prices at Dalaman duty free.. I understand it's possible to buy on arrival?  Particularly interested in Bacardi and gin (e.g. Bombay)...

Buy on the plane or at Gatwick!! Cheaper!!

We buy our allowance in the airport, on the plane if they have it and then on arrival at Dalaman. The prices at Dalaman are marginally more expensive than the duty free in your UK airport but they are MUCH cheaper than buying branded spirits in Kalkan. We have a few nights in and always a couple of sundowners before we go out so can get through a fair amount when we are here :-[

Thanks all... Am confused by Kalkan4eva.. Are you able to buy at Gatwick and on the plane and on Arrival??? Do customs not care?  ;D

Oxfordblue, it's a chance we take ;)
We are here for 24 days, will have friends over and didn't want to run out so we bought at Manchester, on our Monarch flight and in Dalaman. A bottle of Absolute here in Kalkan will set you back about £30.
