I am an agent in Kalkan who specialises in sourcing property for cash buyers with specific requirements. I have a cash buyer coming over in August who is looking to purchase a 3/4 bed villa, max budget is £150K. The family are regular visitors to Kalkan, and their preferred areas are Kisla and Kalamar (although they would consider a good property in a quiet part of Kiziltas as well) The property needs to be in good condtion, and be suitable for rental if possible (to tourists) Please PM me if you have a villa for sale that fits the bill.
