I'm an agent in Kalkan who specialises in sourcing properties for buyers with specific needs. I have 2 cash buyers currently, both are looking for 2 bed modern style apartments with good sea views (the sea views are vital) Ideal location is within a 5 - 10 minute walk of the town centre (although may possibly consider the lower road in Kiziltas) Both buyers have a maximum budget of £125,000, and are cash buyers. One is looking to complete a purchase in Sept/Oct this year, the other any time from mid July.
