Title: Best Turkish breakfast in the Winter
Post by: suziq on January 17, 2016, 10:37:32 PM
I know somebody out there will be able to recommend the best place for a traditional turkish breakfast in the winter months. Any advice appreciated.

OR the English alternative ,I can taste it now::::: 6 fried eggs sunny side up, 6 walls bangers, 12 rashers of 3 month dry cured bacon , 1 tin of tomato's, 1 tin of Heinz beans, 6 hash browns, . 5 large field mushrooms , all fried up in half a pound of best beef dripping +  6 slices of toast with Lurpack butter,  2 litres  of ground  bean coffee,   nearly forgot  3 slices of black pudding, -yes only 3 slices as I am on a diet . PS::  always ask for a slice of fruit on the side to give it that healthy look

The beef dripping & black pudding, now that's very appealing especially fried bread in the dripping. Is a tomato a fruit or veg, forgot😈

Ha ha. That's some English fry up. DRBD we arrive late on 3rd February so will be out the next morning  looking for breakfast before we hit the market for provisions.
We have never been in the winter before but are looking forward to 8 weeks of finding out.
Thanks for all the suggestions.

Would recommend some warm clothing  especially for the evenings, maybe some light wet weather things too. Glorious morning today but  a chilly breeze. Yesterday rain so very varied at the moment. Enjoy your experience & breakfast.
