Hi guys arrive Thursday for 5th visit...
Silly question , I eat a lot of smoked salmon and wondered if the supermarkets stick in in sliced from like here at home?

Migros also sell smoked salmon. Why don't you bring some with you in your hold luggage. Cool it or freeze it, pop it in a small insulated bag.etc etc...

Migros sell their own brand smoked salmon at 9.99 TL a packet (100grams)

Tastes really good
