Hi there,

He is a genuine guy, I'm sure he would want to put this right for you.

Thank you for your reply Kalkan4eva, I will give that a try, however I am off to Kalkan anyway on the 11th so will pay him a visit then. I just thought it would be worth advising him advance. Only 2 weeks now until we escape this dull weather in N Wales 8)

Sarah I would just take the bag with you. I'm sure Nuri will fix it and if that's not possible , replace it. He's a decent guy.

Hi Charlie, I am hoping for a replacement as he has already repaired it, the bag has hardly been used. He does seem a decent guy, so am sure he will resolve. Thanks, Sarah

Hi I noticed you message about trying to send an email to nuri leather over a faulty bag, I am having this problem! I'm so upset I trusted him on the quality and feel a fool! It's the most Iv spent on a bag and after only using it 4 times its falling apart! Did you have much luck?
