Mods,

I am having problems logging in on my windows phone, when is try I get a very curt message telling me I have been banned for trolling, which of course I have not been doing. Logging on from my iPad works ok.

Please could you let me know what the problem is and how to get access from my phone working again.

Hi Alan,

Your phone must be connecting using a banned IP Address, that is to say an address that the phone company provides. If it works from your ipad etc can you try using your phone whilst connected to your Wi-Fi as opposed the cellular network.
