:'(Can anyone help with my wifi haven't got a phone line & don't want one guests have been doing pay as you go, Top up worked well for 2 years now we have lots of problems, friend in Kisla said they have changed to £12 per month £100 connection fee, anyone knows any more? Thank you.

Your friends ,They probably got extra outside modem that is why £100 . I am not sure if you need one.
But monthly £12 never enough should get unlimited pack. That is without phone 93 TL per month. if you get agreement for 24 months this will be monthly about 70 TL.
TTNET YALIN Internet, this is without phone internet.

Talk Talk, it sounds like your friend might be talking about the point to point internet that is being offered by Recep. See the thread on here entitled Point to Point Internet for more info. We have been using it for a while and it seems to be ok. You don't need a phone line.
