After holidaying in Kalkan for four years and two years in Kas we decide to purchase after the kalkan kas debate.

Our apartment is one bedroom ground floor terrace apartment on the med. complex.

Hi Lesley and Stuart welcome to the world of ownership in Kalkan.  We purchased 10 years ago, wishing you as much fun and enjoyment in your new home in the sun as we've had in ours!

Hi Lesley and Stuart we too fell in love with Kalkan and have (in 2014) purchased an apartment on the Med complex so wishing you well for the 2015 season.

Welcome    Lesley & Stuart. we purchased  a small villa 4 years ago  and never regretted it,   Mind you our investment of  100k   has only  generated 25k  of booking  each of the last 4 years  and we were hoping for a return on investment in 2 years so we were very disappointed     ha ha .  on a serious note   Our villa is our little bit of paradise and everything has already been said ,   great place great folk   and that goes for  both Kalkan and this forum
