Just received a scam txt from +44 7624 803040

'I want to rent your property please contact me by email : r.james01@aol.com '

checked on http://www.laymyhat.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=31 (http://www.laymyhat.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=31) and I am not alone seems like a new scam that was 1st reported yesterday.

I had that knob text me too. So obviously not real - I deleted x
