We're arriving in town at 11.30 on 26th Sept. Apart from Ali Baba's, where will be open for food?
Preferably above the taxi rank.

We pitched up at Ata mezze grill around that time and they fed us! Was July though....

You could try Han at the main roundabout. Very accommodating, great food, and a lovely spot.

Pasaport Pizza appeared to be open late in June, but we would always head to Ali Baba's at that time of night for spicy lentil soup and chilli eggs.
