Now reduced to reflect current exchange rate! 1 bed ground floor garden apartment on Patara Prince Resort.  Fully furnished and equipped, full a/c and sleeps up to 4 persons.  All fees paid until End of 2015).  Have been successfully renting for the past 8 years. Tapu all in order ( with correct box ticked for habitation).  Please pm me an email address if interested in receiving full details etc.

Very reluctant sale due to ill health.  Selling for the amount we bought it for in lira, now adjusted to reflect the strong pound.  Further discounts available for a quick sale.
