Title: Village restaurant cafe
Post by: chickengeorge on May 16, 2014, 01:35:38 PM
We tried this restaurant up in Islamlar village. It is new this year I understand and comes highly recommended from me. Had trout meal for just 8.5tl and large wine 6.5tl. Well worth the trek up the mountain with great views and excellent terrace and service.

Hi.  Is it called Village Restaurant Cafe?  And, where is it located?

Thanks

Mark

Hi Mark - yes, it is called that. Not very original I know. If you go up past Akbel and follow the other (trout) restaurant signs up to Islamlar you will see the odd yellow sign with this restaurant advertised. The restaurant is actually in the village on the right with parking just before. About 5km I would think. They also gave us dessert on the house both times we went.
