I would be interested in sharing info regarding the annual maintenance fees and house cleaning costs for those who live in an apartment complex. Happy to share if you PM me. As well as costs - quality of service is our main driver. Thanks.

We pay £1000 per annum for a small 2 bed villa, based on an average 10 week rental , so works out at £100 per week , includes 2 full cleans and linen changes per week includes garden clean per day and pool clean twice /thrice weekly depending on weather and number of guests in villa. Although a villa it is 2 bedrooms so comparable to an apartment in many respects in terms of size , but with the private pool added as opposed to a share, we think it good value overall, but still at £100 per week is not exactly cheap. I believe there are companies that will charge annual sum regardless of weeks/guest usage, and other that will charge on a per week used and guest number basis. appreciate can be a touchy subject is in a complex so understand pm request if cost info exchanged . maybe this post is relevant in terms of size maybe not as not in a complex so to speak
