In the shop next to Bezigans kitchen (Adams place which is closed at the moment) they are giving 2.40 lira for the pound so more than in the UK.

 The rate of exchange in Kalkan today at Is Bank is 2.39.  At Dalaman Airport last night, friends who had just arrived from the UK were quoted 1.90 - so don''t get your currency at the airport.
