Title: AC dripping inside apt or villa

We just now had an AC drip a bucket of water inside the apt we're in. Was due to the external hose being blocked by an accumulation of dirt and fungus.  Had to call service to have it cleaned.  Service people said ACs should be cleaned inside every 2-3 years, depending on use.  This is just general information for apt and villa owners.
