of a taxi from the town taxi rank to the far end of Kalamar ?  And to the far end of Kisla?

If this helps...we were staying in a villa near the Kulube hotel in Kalamar and a taxi from the rank in the town was always around 15 Lira.

We are on the road on the first level above the D400. Kizliltas. It was 10/11lira from taxi rank to Villa in July. Our friends are in Kisla and they paid 16 lira to get home.
