Title: Kalkan residents and tourists

Morning all, my first post, and probably in the wrong area !!
I am looking to buy in Kalkan. My search has gone along most of the Turkish med coast, and Kalkan looks amazing. Just 2 questions if I may. I am interested to know of people living and holidaying here what the approx percentage are Brits? Also, anyone have a feel of the property market regarding pricing. I have been advised to get in quick as they don't hang around, but that's probably EA talk the world over? Any thoughts on either subject would be most welcome.

Percentage of Brits vs other non-Turkish nationals is very high.  Probably 95% of all non-Turks.  The winter population of foreigners is probably only 100 or so, 99% are British.

Prices have dropped dramatically and there is an oversupply of houses and apartments for sale.  it's a buyer's market.  There is something available in every price bracket -- from 70k GBP to 750k GBP.
