Can anyone tell me roughly what you pay for an annual management contract, both including and excluding laundry and pool chemicals and cleaning materials?

i think I migght be paying £80.00 per month then £30 per clean which includes laundry.

For a standard say 3 bed villa and normal service should be about £1000

Hi all ,
Posted on another thread £1200 no matter how much the 3 bedded villa is used including pool and garden. Pool chemicals extra.
