Post by: Enjoy Kalkan on January 21, 2008, 07:07:02 PM
EnjoyKalkan has been designed with your safety, enjoyment and ease of use in mind. Joining a forum or discussion group, like joining any new group of people in life can be a little daunting, especially if they all seem to know each other and what to do, whilst your still finding your feet.

This is where the EK Helpers come in..... EK Helpers are identified by the symbol (https://www.enjoykalkan.com/forum/Themes/dilbermc/images/b_helper.gif) underneath their forum profile. You can also identify EK Helpers using the "Whos Online" section, as their names are displayed in light blue. EK Helpers are EnjoyKalkan members who kindly donate some of their time to welcoming and helping new members. If you have a question about using EnjoyKalkan, for example you are not sure how to post a new topic, enter the gallery etc just send an EK Helper a personal message and they will be happy to help you. Remember we all had to learn sometime, do not worry if you think your question may be a silly one or one that has been asked before!

The EK Safety team are also members of EnjoyKalkan who kindly donate their time to keep an eye on the forum, remove inappropriate topics and ensure a hassle free experience for everyone. The EK Safety team are identified by the symbol (https://www.enjoykalkan.com/forum/Themes/dilbermc/images/b_safety.gif) underneath their forum profile. If you have a concern about a particular topic or post pressing the "report to moderator" button next to the post will hi-light this to the EK Safety team for investigation.

EK Admins are the owners of EnjoyKalkan and work to implement new changes, fix problems and ensure the EnjoyKalkan community and brand provide the best end user experience. EK Admins are identified by the (https://www.enjoykalkan.com/forum/Themes/dilbermc/images/b_founder.gif) logo underneath their forum profile and displayed in red on the member list. If you have a concern about a particular topic or post, or indeed have issues with another member or EK Helper or EK Admin member please contact the EK Admins directly.

There are currently two EK Admins, two EK Safety and two EK Helpers, with this balance you will probably find at least one person online able to assist you. Please note that EK Helpers and the EK Safety Team are EnjoyKalkan members that have kindly offered their time, without financial recompense, to assist other members in using the forum. The opinions expressed by EK Helpers and EK Safety are not the opinions of EnjoyKalkan but of the member that posted. If you have any issues with an EK Helper or EK Safety member please contact safety@enjoykalkan.com or contact an EK Admin.
