hello dear ek people, this forum has been great and so i thought this is the best place to ask my next question!

dolmusses...

do they run 7 days a week... and what is the latest time they run from patara village back to kalkan please?

Back from Patara beach car park at 3:30, 4:30 and the last one at 5:30. I think. Don't quote me on that. Its what I understand to be true. I could be wrong. I normally am quite wrong. But if someone confirms it, then I was right.

                The last Dolmus leaves Patara at 5.00pm although the Dolmus station boards say 6.00pm. I have been in the queue many times behind people (English) insisting that they want to book the 6.00pm return and the Dolmus operators just shrug their shoulders and shake their heads.
The Dolmus times leaving Kalkan are sometimes flexible if they are not full they tend to wait until they are, I always call this theTurkey timetable. People get so uptight if they don't run on time but hey you're on holiday so don't stress, chill.
