Interest Rates

For those of you who rely on interest rates on savings as a means to suppliment your pensions etc, you may be alarmed at this article in todays hurriyet news.

This could spell disaster for people living here without decent pensions/income.  It does not say when these changes will be implemented but still not good for anyone who has/is living off savings interest (Turkish as well as other nationalities).
