Change in Turkish Property Law
« on: June 30, 2012, 02:33:41 PM »
Hello everyone

Has anyone been affected by the change in the Turkish Property Law? i.e. the delay in the transfer of the Tapu.
If so does anyone know when this hold up will be sorted out?

From what I understand, the new law is being dealt with at the moment & until it is no Tapus will be issued & no new purchases by foreigners will be allowed.  It has happened before & it is a question of waiting.
