Our favourite is Bodamya Tepe - lunchtime if we're driving, evening if not; that's only because that road terrifies me in the dark!

Yes we are thinking of going for a lunch.  I believe one has a swimming pool which might be an added bonus for an afternoon.  Someone help us out here!!

Our  favourite Islamlar restaurant is called Degerem ( sorry but cant remember the spelling) They have a huge terrace with unspoilt views down the valley. We always head up there for breakfast( recommended by one of our Turkish friends ) and its always excellent. You will see the signposts with a turning to the right before you reach Islamlar.Worth the drive up there and its cooler when its really hot down in Kalkan.

I think it is spelt 'Degimen'
Also if you phone they will arrange a taxi to pick you up at a very reasonable cost, which can be negotiable ;)

Doing a search, it seems to come up as DegiRmen, but I don't know.
Anybody else rate it or have any contact details for them?

Degimen has always been our favourite. Have always driven ourselves up, so cannot comment about the taxi service.
Food is great, and the view..............................

Another vote for degirman, it  has the whole package, best food,  reasonably priced and what I believe is the best view. Was up there from 6pm to 20.30 last night and to watch the differing colours over the bay as the sun sets is breathtaking. For me definitely the best time of day to go. It wasn't too busy either at this time....bonus!
