EURO V LIRA

So which is better to have Euro or Lira? the reason i ask is that the euro is now at 1.20 so are prices better in euros or TL? So if a pint is 4 tl thats about £1.45 but in euros its 1.50  which is £1.20 then its cheaper to pay in euros. So which is it to be? or is there no difference?

if you're coming to Kalkan there's not much call for Euros. Most prices are in Turkish Lira or Sterling. I'm sure if you want to pay in Euros there wouldn't be a problem....but you would have to accept the exchange rate the manager/owner offered when you were paying the bill, I would suspect.
