Did you try "s".
Initial "I" is not an English word. (It is the Turkish I with a dot over it and is not a Turkish word on it's own.)
"Can'tsend" is obviously not a word. (It is two words with a space missing between them.)

OK, now tell me I am wrong and why!

I think I understand what Olenic is getting at. Before posting a message, to make sure it is a "real" person, you are asked to enter a letter or a word. In this case, Olenic was asked "What is second letter in third word of this sentence?". So the third word would be "second" and the 2nd letter of that word would be "e". But apparently that wasn't being accepted so couldn't send the message?

Unfortunately I don't know how to overcome this - but you did manage to send your "Help" message so hope you got it sorted.
