Iso's Kitchen
« on: April 21, 2012, 04:49:42 PM »
We ate inside at this excellent little place last week. Does any one know if there is a roof terrace? Would love to go back in summer but fear it will be too hot to eat indoors!

Yes Iso has a terrace above his restaurant which is used in Summer, it is open sided but has a roof on it he does have fans for when it gets hot.

Yes, the roof terrace is lovely and you always get great service in and out of the main season. A great place for tavuk guvec (chicken stew) and even though I am not a chip lover normally, the home made chips are lovely too. Enjoy.

Where is Iso's kitchen located as we would like to try some new places this year.  What is there menu/pricing like?

If you are walking from the post office to the Moonlight, walk straight on rather than bear right down the main shopping street, in front of the Sofra, Walk past the Celik pension and Iso's Kitchen is on the left about 50 yds or so.  I would class him as mid price range, Efes 5 TLCasserole about 17 TL.  Not a huge menu, I can recall kebabs, liver and seemed to be a range of fish dishes.

Sounds good and thanks for the info.  Just so I have my bearing, is that just up past Begonville Cafe?

Yes that is right, through the Begonvil cafe and turn right at the road, or walking from the Sofra, Begonvil is on the right and Iso's further along on the left.
