Closing up for winter

Once more we see on the webcam Alternatif closing up for winter - that corner will be looking very quiet for some months!

I would like to wish all the best to those from Alternatif, and also other restaurants now closing up for winter.    I hope it is a good winter for them whether they can take some holiday or are doing other work.

Look forward to the reopening of Alternatif etc in the spring and hope 2012 will be a good season for you all.

There are of course quite a few places open during the winter (don't despair if you are planning a winter visit to Kalkan).   You will have a great time - many places have cosy log fires during the winter and a warm welcome from staff.  I believe KTLN is about to produce a list of places which will be open during this winter.
