Econoair - Do they exist ?

Over the past 10 days, I left 2 messages, made numerous phone calls and left messages, and so far nobody has returned my calls.
As their website says "IF NO-ONES THERE !"
Has anyone dealt with this company and what was your experience ?
I like the look of their product but if they won't return calls and messages, how does one do business with them ?

Hi,
I bought units in April and tried to e mail re. them not working. They didn't reply the 1st time and I went to Kalkan in June with a friend who is an air con engineer. He couldn't get them to work properly and suggested I contacted the company when I was going out next, as we had heard they had a contact in Kalkan. I emailed again and they got back to me a week later to say that they had no contact in Kalkan and asked me about the problems I was having. Was about to go to Kalkan and have just got back, so will e mail them today.
So there is someone out there!! Perhaps no one in Kalkan but if you have any success let us know.

I purchased 5 of their 4000 (mains version) earlier in the year, got them installed and the electrician could not work out how to set them up. After a  few hrs I realised that the instructions and the label on the unit (that shows what button does what were different, in fact the sticker was a mirror image of what it should be.. (no wonder many people have reported problems!) since working that out the units have been great, functioned as designed and villa guests have not even mentioned them .
I have noticed however that their website shows zero stock availability and whilst I did call their UK office the other week about another matter the person who took my call promised to return my call as soon as the owner returned, since then nothing...

they were featured on dragons den in the past but the dragons didn't invest..

So in answer to the OPs question, yes they definitely existed earlier in the year however no sure if they still do.. 

the owner of the company or the person who developed the product is a Kalkan villa owner himself.
