Fishy subject

Hi All, Can anyone tell me what type of fish is popular in Kalkan, we hope to be BBQing and was just wondering what kind of fish we should be looking for.

You can get all sorts of fish here - sea bass, sea bream and fresh trout are most regular, but you can also get grouper, tuna, swordfish, whiting and lots of others.  Try Ali's fish market next to Sevil supermarket just up from the Kalamar roundabout.

And it's a restaurant too so you could try some fish and then choose what you might want to take home (or have delivered) for a barby.  I'm getting hungry now too!

Eniste had recommended Ali's new fish restaurant earlier this year and we tried it in June and had two good evening meals there.    I hope it is doing well and that people are also discovering his fresh fish to take home.

Thanks for that info lads and lasses sounds a good idea try before you buy.only 16 and1/2 hours untill take off.
