Is there a need to teach hospitalit workers English?

My husband and I are very interested in moving to Turkey, particularly in the Kalkan area, with a view to help adults in the hospitality industry learn English.  Would there be a need?   Any comments would be appreciated.

Maybe there is but you would need a work permit to do it and these are almost impossible to obtain if you are not Turkish

I think there is little need.  Almost everyone here in Kalkan who is associated with the tourist industry already speaks sufficient English.  And there are courses during the winter for those who want to learn.  The only non-English speakers are government workers, and you could not teach them without a work permit, impossible to get.
