rental costs?

Hi, I have a 1 bedroom apartment in Kalkan that I am renting out to a someone who lives in Kalkan - we are just negotiating rates - does anyone have any ballpark figures for a reasonable monthly rental?

Short term/holiday rental or long term rental - the rate varies HUGELY between both - before giving advice we need to know which you are doing...!!

Next questions would be : What location? - town,further afield,turkish residential,touristic.What facilities? - pool,garden.Furniture? Condition of property? Rental terms?-monthly,annually,lira,sterling,up front,period of agreement.

Hi, the property is at the top of the hill across the road from the petrol station, it was 'as new' last time I visited, fully furnished, ground floor, with a garden and pool (pool might need maintenance) - monthly rental terms in trl - 6mths or option for 12mths.
