There are comments on KTLN in the "feedback" box, suggesting there is another spate of burglaries in Kalkan at the moment.

Villa owners who rent out might want to advise their guests to take extra care over security, especially when going out for the evening.

What a shame, as the jandarma seemed to have done so well a few months back in catching some prolific offenders - now it looks as though there is another gang of scumbags on the prowl.
