Kalkan in October

 As our children are likely go away to university in September my wife and I were thinking of taking our first holiday alone for 20 years in October. Can anyone say what the weather is likely to be in Kalkan at that time .I would like to know if it is still quite hot and sunny or if it is likely to be cooler and breaking down into thunderstorms and wet weather.

October can be mixed,lots of sun and a bit of rain too sometimes.Perfect weather for relaxing and enjoying Kalkan.

Hi Riodog.....its going to be beautiful as we are doing exactly the same thing!
we have only ever been it August before and looking forward to seeing Kalkan at a different time of the season

Weve been last 3 Octobers and even into November,the weather has been lovely apart from the odd thunderstorm.Its not as busy as September and all the staff are on wind down but attentive as always!!! GO FOR IT! Kalkan is always beautiful.....its better than being at home!!
