The Internet Cafe in Akbel is situated above the bakers. (the white building) and we are just a bit further on down the road (big cream villa on the corner).

Really enjoy this forum. Its a great idea.

Hi Mariesar - is that towards Kalkan from the bakers/internet cafe (thanks for letting us know of another one - I didn''t know there was one there!!) on the same side of the road or on the Patara side...just can''t picture it - but will have a look out for it when passing through akbel over the next 2 weeks...yippee..just a plug that Im going home again!!

Hi all, We''re on the road parallel to the Kalamar Road in between the Chinese Restaurant and the Merkez apartments. Moved in in November and have been back three times this year so far. Can''t wait for early retirement!

We are in the yellow apartments on the road going down from Cafe Vita. Nobody seems to know them although everybody knows the seller who actually is living in the block himself! We bought last year and are staying there for the first time sorting out the little things. We like Kalkan for its atmosphere and will come back many times hopefully, after my retirement.

yes we are close we''re in Baris the yellow apartments opposite the back of the new building. Our neighbours are moving out there permanently at the end of August and we''re out visiting mid September.
