Paypal... help please
« on: May 11, 2011, 07:33:54 AM »
Has anyone a fair depth of knowledge about how "pay Pal" works in the u k and possibly the world.  For example if items were advertised on the internet for sale and pay pal was used to collect the money, how much of the selling price will the advertiser get in the end.

Any help , please .? If situated in Kalkan, or close by, can a meeting be arranged to discuss this method of collection of dues. Contact by phone 05312277925 or e-mail. Greenw004@yahoo.com.

For using PayPal to collect money, PayPal will deduct from the money received by the recipient around 3.5% but it varies depending on the size of money involved.

Be aware however if someone collects goods from you leaving you with no proof of postage they can file a claim with PayPal that the goods were not received and they will get their money back and you are left high and dry!
