Villa Lycian
« on: February 21, 2011, 01:36:47 PM »
Hi Everybody
I have booked a 2 bed, private pool, villa at the above for August. I am suprised, & a little concerned, to see that only two reviews exist on TripAdvisor & these date back over 4 years. I think somebody may have raised the same question last year, but can I throw it out to you good people again....if anybody has any feeback, comments, suggestions relating to these villas, I would be really grateful? I will be travelling with my wife & young daughter, so advice from other families would be especially welcome. Finally, we would like to try to get to Ephasus, is this feasible from Kalkan.
Many thanks in anticipation!

this is a really nice complex the swimming pool is a nice size and is cleaned almost daily. we did have problems with tiolet rolls, we thought they would be supplied, ended up buying them most off the time !! also the towels didnt seem to be changed as often as they should have been. the main pool was nice but not many people seemed to use it which was a shame as we liked to meet other familys, but this didnt happen here. if you are going to have a boat trip i would recommend yaldiz they do have a wed site and iwould advise you to book before you go as they get very booked up, very friendly service and lovely food.
hope this helps , but ask if you need help with anything else.

Hi Adys, don't know about the villa but in respect of Ephesus I think you'd struggle to do it easily from Kalkan. It is possible but would require an overnight stay. It certainly is worth a visit though!
