furn or unfurn long term let wanted in kalkan

Thinking about moving out here. Can't afford to buy in the UK and it'll be a while on Turkish wages before i can get a deposit together for a place.
If i ship my little jack russell george over, i cant bring him back to the UK so I want reliable cheap long term let, not somewhere I'm going to be knocked out of come the summer season when rents are high.
i'm looking from dec 2010.

I have a two bedroomed duplex apartment, fully furnished, I own it with a friend who lives in Kalkan. I am the only person that has stayed there since it was finished last year. very nicely furnished, I can send photo's if required. We are looking for someone to rent it long term as we want to wait 3 years before selling.
 
We are looking for approx 500 tkl but this would be negociable if some rent paid up front. It is two bedroomed, two en suite,s, . it is up by the Belemonte Hotel. Let me know.
