Turkey to ban Facebook???

 Ive just read this morning on KTLN, the possibility of Turkey banning Facebook.  I would like to know anyones views on this. I for one, have lots of close friends , family etc who often, if not always, rely on Facebook for communication to and from Turkey.
It will be a great shame if this happens and i would be interested in any comments Forum members may have!
I, for one, am keeping everything crossed that this does not happen!!

Alas, it appears politics have once again reared up to bite us!    Genuine users of Facebook are going to lose contact with nearest and dearest thro' no fault of our own :'(    The phone companies will make a fortune

I'm guessing the usual 'youtube' access routes would still work.  ktunnel, vtunnel etc?
