where he used to be is ramj's ?

If you mean Sonnar- he his now running Bread & More on the Kalamar Road

no rami's restaurant, its now not him and called ramj's

Rami is back round where he used to be in the old "Havana Restaurant" spot - It is called "Rami's" and he has been back there since last year.

go down the steps opposite Yali bar (or the street opposite which has Belgins Kitchen in it) to the next level.  Turn right.  Rami's is on your right hand side at the end of that street.

Rami's is actually half way down on the left as you go across from Belgin's towards Mojito.  The magnolia sign outside does look like RamJ's but I had tea with the man himself this morning and he is definitely there!
