should we pre-book trips?

Hi everone, coming out to Kalkan for the first time on the 25th September, special 3 week trip to celebrate 30 years of marriage! Have been reading this great site for the last few weeks, it appears that most people book boat trips and even restaurants before they get to Kalkan. Is this something that we should be doing? Love this site, and can't wait to get out there now!

Hi wackyjackie, if you're going out in the peak weeks and want a particular restaurant or boat trip then its advisable to book in advance, but don't think you'll have a problem late Sept/early Oct. If you're wanting to do something special on the "big day" its probabaly advisable to make some enquiries in advance - just in case!
You will have a fantstic time, its a really great time of year to be in Kalkan and 3 weeks is perfect

Agree with the above. Boat trips that have been highlighted on the site are extremely popular. I would advise that you check availability and just not show up on the day!
