Go to Sakir Otac in Ema Estates (Club Lycia - on the left down the first steep hill in the old town). He is a most trustworthy estate agent and will be with you all the way from viewing to taxnumber to tapu to after care (See Day in the life on KTLN). I have views to die for!

Sakir Otac of  Club Lycis . Ema Estates.. I recommend, because he's been there for everything for us and the after care is brilliant. I know so much about the process because of him, and because he was with us every step of the way, I didn't stress as much as some people do! After all it's a big step! But as one of your respondents said "keep your head" don't ever fall for the odd person, who is not working from a bona fide office.. you wouldn't do it in UK! Good Luck.
