Looking to move to Kalkan from Belek, Antalya

Hello everyone.

As an introduction to you all, I am from the North East England ( but please don't hold that against me!! & my hubby is Turkish) and we are currently living in Belek, Antalya, but looking into moving to Kalkan / Fethiye area. 

Could you give me an idea as to the kind of costs for rental property (long term - not holiday let) for a 2+ bed place? especially if there are any Brits who could help ( which I am sure that there are many in Kalakan area!). Plus any recommened contacts please??

We visited kalkan last year and love it - so much more energy and life than Belek.

On the local, not holiday market, a 2-3 bedroom unfurnished apartment will be between 400 and 600 lira a month depending on location and amenities.

There are plenty of places to rent here, asking around the local shopkeepers is always  a good starting point.
