Villa in Old Quarter

Does anyone have any idea where this villa is situated? I know its new for this year, but I just can't work out where it is from the CGI views.
It appers to be fully booked for this year so anyone who has been, or plans to stay there, any info on location (and general feedback) would be great. Thanks

I would look very carefully at the villa interior pictures. I could be wrong but they look like computer images. Has this actually been built/finished yet?

Hi msr, CGI is "computer generated images" - should have made that clearer, sorry. I know the ad only shows these images and you can't tell where it might be located from these alone. We know the old town pretty well, just don't know where this has been built - or as you say, even finished. The availability is showing "booked" as opposed to "unknown/unavailable"

...I know!!! I was hoping to do a bit of bartering   Our three horribly grown up offspring are coming with us next year so we want somewhere very central with 4 bedrooms so I know its not going to be in the realms of £300 The Turquoise Collection seem to have quite a few properties and appear to be overpriced, but I think it includes transfer and a few other things...I'll ask the questions because bag money is on the line here   Thanks for the link Lancs lass (try saying that after a few Efes )
